Hello World! My name is Luis Chavez and I am a very passionate Full Stack Software Developer interested in everything code and tech in general. One of my favorite aspects of software development is that there is always something new to learn and the possibilities for growth are endless. All you really need is a computer and some imagination and you can build anything! I also love that half the learning comes straight from the community itself. The community has been very welcoming and I really enjoy working with others and returning the help whenever I can. This project is intended for car enthusiasts and it's a great way for people interested to find their first events. This app enables users to post different type of events, add their car builds to share with other users, and the ability to post parts for others to buy.
This web app is to empower music educators by alleviating communication overload. It has an extensive collection of letter templates designed for band, choir, orchestra, and musical theater directors. The letters liberate valuable time for them to educate.
This website brings multiple resources and opportunities to middle school, high school, and collegiate performing arts students, along with the institutions and associations that support these students.
This project I created for a clients small business. As a dedicated software developer, I brought to life the vision of a stump grinding business and it stands as a testament to my ability to turn concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing digital solutions.
Music City Bowl is a nationally televised music festival for marching bands. This website is an entryway for interested users to apply and tryout for the USA Festival Marching Band directed by Jarret Lipman. This was also an already existing website that I have been helping maintain and update for 2023's event in Nashville!
My Music Future is used to empower aspiring musicians with the knowledge and insight they need to unlock their full potential in the world of music. It has a music career aptitude test, that aims to guide individuals towards their ideal music career path. It was an existing site that I worked hand in hand with the client and graphic designer to redesign the home page.
I created this website for a local small business owner that wanted to take their business to the next level. With this website the client can not only advertise their products but also sell their products all across the country instead of locally. As a new business this was a cost effective solution for them to take advantage of.
I built this website for a client, I met networking in the local community, opening a new small buisness selling acai bowls, smoothies and breakfast toast options. This website is used for marketing and introducing their menu but also offers direct links to their already existing online ordering options.
